Still about a few minutes needed on the grill to get even close to medium. For all I have heard about this restaurant and for the price, it was a disappointment. Always like to dine at Capital Grille. All great except my steak was over cooked. Other than that thank you. Great dinner and service! The food was outstanding and the truffle fries and calamari were delicious. Meals not very good and dry. Great meal and atmosphere! Highly recommend. The food was excellent, had to send my lamb chops back but was no problem taking it off my bill. I let the waiter know it was my birthday and he made it very special. Our server Daryl knew the menu and gave us wonderful service.
Celebrating my anniversary with my husband. Last minute anniversary dinner. Pleasantly surprised by hand written card with congratulatory wishes. Our server was engaging and attentive. Our meal was scrumptious! Our dining delight ended with a surprise dessert on the Grille. Wonderful evening all around. Waiter was too enamored w a female Hispanic guest vs taking care of of us. He stood and talked to her several times during our meal for long periods of tune.
When we asked for catsup, he was gone so long we were almost finished w our meal. Was not busy at all. Only four or five other tables. We always go to the capital Grille when we are in Las Vegas. It has always been exceptional. This trip was not. They have changed the recipe on the lamb and I think the service was shorthanded. We waited and waited and waited for every step through our meal, and we were disappointed in the lamb which we have had many times before and is always delicious.
Gorgeous restaurant with an amazing view. Service was exceptional and very attentive. I had the ribeye that had the balsamic, it was perfectly cooked but the balsamic really overpowered the steak. The steak also really needed seasoning. Hubby had the filet which was much better I'd order that next time. We ate early so guests were casually dressed, however I know after pm the dress code is enforced so don't come in a tank top and flip flops!
Our server was exceptional made the night all the more memorable. Other then the dirty windows the place was amazing and the food was excellent. I definitely would love to go bac an try the lobster an crab mac an cheese looked really good. It was a nice experience but the food was very bland. Definitely too expensive for the taste.
