Scottie is a founding partner of Navarro Group An active member at Myers Park Presbyterian Church, Scottie has served as a deacon and elder at Myers Park Presbyterian Church as well as serving on several pastor nominating committees. Scottie is incoming board co-chair of The Learning Collaborative. Scottie is married to Danny Trapp, a Presbyterian minister. They have two grown daughters, one happily married and working in Columbia, SC and the other settling in Washington, D.

She enjoys reading, running, tennis and all things at the beach! A native of Charlotte, Crystal Smyth graduated with a B. Following college she worked in the medical field in provider relations for a national health plan and for over 15 years in medical sales.

Crystal joined Navarro Group in and currently works with non-profit clients focusing on Project Management, Service and Administrative Support.
