Denver Dustless claimed it was because of my heater and that it is very dry here in Denver. He said I needed to get a humidifier to prevent all the cracking. My painters said they do not have those cracks in their floors and I have friends who have hardwood floors that do not look as bad as mine.

He laughed at my response. I said "I feel like you are being condescending. I am just trying to ask questions and understand. While walking out he said "You all are part of the 'YouToo' movement and you are on your own. I tried to engage him again and let him know I just was asking questions to understand but he refused to talk.

I let him know how unprofessional I felt he was behaving. I have no interest in having Denver Dustless repair anything and am happy to engage another company.
