The muffins were soft and wonderful when we left the store; the next morning, they were dry and crumbly. So, I guess I should only buy enough to eat that day. I feel better getting my dedicated gluten free baked treats from an actual legitimate dedicated gluten free bakery. I've been a loyal celiac customer since and will always be. Thank you!! If this was based solely off the chocolate muffins, it would have one star But they made up for it with the lemon poppyseed, best one I've ever had!
Trial and error I suppose. I am Celiac, lactose intolerant and vegan!!! We get all of our special occasions cakes, cupcakes, donuts etc. It's awesome and peace of mind that they have a dedicated gluten free, peanut free kitchens for years now, and I found out they never lease it out or share! Superb, friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff with all allergies and can make anything gluten free and vegan, soy free, nut free and anything you desire! Incredible bakery with tasty products and friendly staff.
